Two-Month Minimum Stay and $200 Deposit Required for Specific Site. Occupancy based on 1 or 2 people per lot, each additional person is $3 per person a day.                                                            

Electric Cost is sub-metered by Citrus Valley RV Park and not Magic Valley Electric Cooperation, Inc... Tenant’s Sub-meter bills are calculated pursuant to P.U.C.  Subt. R. 23.51(c)(1)G(i). Refunds are at Citrus Valley RV Park discretion subject to $25 administration fee, charges accrue from arrival date, no refunds for unused rent. Citrus Valley RV Park not liable for loss or damage.
